Volunteers are an invaluable part of the Turtle Dove team, supporting a wide range of activities, from events to administration, stock management to communications, and much more! We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lend a hand.
As a volunteer, you’ll join a dynamic, committed team working together to inspire and empower young women.

Board of Directors and Advisors
We are currently seeking Directors with expertise in HR, Finance and Fundraising.
Directors and advisors support Turtle Dove on a voluntary basis, strengthening the organisation through their specialist knowledge. The role involves attending quarterly board meetings and committing a few hours of additional work each month.
Please note that Turtle Dove is a female-only social enterprise, and this extends to our Board of Directors. This is a conscious decision, reflecting our ambition to create a working environment that models the world we want to see – where more women hold positions of power, authority and respect. With a strong ethos of ‘women supporting women’, we aim to set a positive and inspiring example for the young women we work with.
We welcome expressions of interest and spontaneous applications to support us. Consultancy and advisory roles are particularly valued.
