Volunteering
Volunteers play an invaluable role within the Turtle Dove team, helping across a variety of areas, from events to admin, stock management to communications and much more! We are always on the lookout for new volunteers to lend a hand. As a volunteer you will join a dynamic and committed team coming together to inspire and empower young women.

Board of Directors and Advisors
We are currently in need of Directors with skillset and experience in HR, Finance and Fundraising.
Directors and advisors support the organisation in a voluntary capacity strengthening the work of the organisation within a specialist field. They are asked to commit to quarterly board meetings and a few hours of additional work per month.
It should be noted that Turtle Dove is a female only social enterprise, and this extends to our Board of Directors. This was a conscious decision as we want to create a working environment that reflects our ambitions and expectations of wider society; we want to see a world where more females hold positions of power, authority and respect. With a strong ethos of ‘women supporting other women’, we hope to create a positive and encouraging example for the young women we work with.
We always welcome expressions of interest and spontaneous applications to support us; consultancy and advisory roles are especially appreciated.
