We aim to engage, empower and build confidence in young women aged 14-24 who are, or are at risk of, not being in education, employment or training (NEET), by providing work experience, emotional support and self-development opportunities.

To not just deliver events, but to deliver events for good

To communicate that it’s not about what you do, but the value you bring
So every young woman knows she has something meaningful to contribute to society
Because school is not a safe or supportive place for everyone
Because young women are more likely to miss out on job opportunities
