Working with us

Any vacancies for our Board of Directors will be posted here. We always welcome expressions of interest to support us; consultancy and advisory roles are especially appreciated.

It should be noted that Turtle Dove is a female only social enterprise, and this extends to our Board of Directors. This was a conscious decision as we want to create a working environment that reflects our ambitions and expectations of wider society; we want to see a world where more females hold positions of power, authority and respect. With a strong ethos of ‘women empowering other women’, we hope to create a positive and encouraging example for the young women we work with

We are looking for two new Directors to join our Board.

Do you have a little spare time? Are you interested in supporting a local organisation that is passionate about supporting young women in the local area? Do you have some experience of management in the public, private or voluntary sector?

Our Board of Directors exists to ensure that we fulfil our mission statement and strategy by offering advice, guidance and input on the operational aspects of the organisation. Although not essential, expressions of interest are particularly sought from individuals who have skills or experience in one of the following areas:

Human resources and legal

 Marketing and branding

Please submit expressions of interest and/or any questions by email to Turtle Dove Cambridge: hello@turtledovecambridge.com

Deadline for expressions of interest: 13th October 2020
